ما هو سوق توفير الطعام؟
المجال بلا اسم متّفق عليه بعد، ولهذا يستحق تعريفاً واضحاً.
A food savings marketplace is an app where the discount is structural rather than promotional. Prices are lower by default because of how the marketplace is built, not because a campaign is running this week.
It differs from a food delivery aggregator, whose product is convenience and breadth at roughly counter prices. It differs from a coupon or voucher app, where the saving requires a code and expires. And it differs from a surplus-only app, where the discount depends on a merchant having leftovers on the day you look.
If the saving disappears when no campaign is running, it was a promotion. If it is there on an ordinary Tuesday, it is a marketplace.
On Forsa the structure has four parts: full-menu items priced at least 10% under in-store, daily happy hours between 30% and 80% off selected items, merchant-built deals and bundles, and surplus food listed at the steepest prices before it goes to waste. Delivery or pickup, at the same price.
The reason the definition matters commercially is that it sets a different bar. A promotional app has to keep spending to stay interesting. A savings marketplace has to be cheaper by default, which is harder to build and considerably harder to copy.
