If you asked a customer what Forsa does, surplus is the answer they would reach for. It is the vivid, tellable story: good food, almost thrown away, rescued at the last minute.

Commercially it is a minority of volume. Most orders are full-menu items and happy hours — ordinary dinners bought slightly cheaper, which makes a far duller story and a far larger business.

A company whose most memorable feature is a minority of its revenue has to be careful which story it starts believing.

We keep both straight deliberately. Positioning Forsa as a waste app would flatter the brand and mislead partners about where their money actually comes from.
