لا نبيع بيانات أحد.

السوق الواقف بين الزبائن والمطاعم يجمع شيئاً ثميناً. وما نفعله به قرار تصميمي.

Forsa knows what a neighbourhood buys, at what price, at what hour. That is commercially interesting to more parties than it should be, which is exactly why the policy has to be explicit.

Merchants see their own performance and aggregate context — how their category behaves, when their area goes quiet. They do not see another partner’s numbers, and nobody outside buys any of it.

The moment a marketplace monetises its participants’ data, it stops being infrastructure and becomes a competitor.

The upside of stating this plainly is that partners share more. A chain will discuss its markdown problem honestly once it is confident the conversation stays in the room.
