Chains need a pilot, not a pitch.

A multi-branch group cannot try a new channel the way a single restaurant can, and pretending otherwise wastes everybody’s time.

An independent operator decides in a meeting. A chain has central pricing, brand standards, procurement, and a regional manager whose numbers are affected — none of which move at signup-form speed.

So groups start with two or three branches, agreed pricing rules and a reporting format their finance team accepts before anything goes live. It is slower and it is the only version that survives.

The failure mode with chains is not rejection. It is an enthusiastic yes from somebody who cannot authorise it.

That is why the application form splits at the first question. A restaurant and a group are not the same conversation, and asking them the same eight questions serves neither.
