Two prices, side by side.

Every listing shows the in-store price next to the Forsa price. That decision cost us some design elegance and bought us something better.

receipt detail, two prices

It would be tidier to show one number. A single price reads faster and looks calmer. We show two anyway, because a savings marketplace that hides the comparison is asking to be trusted rather than earning it.

The struck-through figure is not a marketing anchor invented for the app. It is the price the same item carries at the counter, supplied by the merchant and checked when we onboard them.

If we ever cannot verify the in-store price, we show no comparison at all rather than a flattering one.

The habit this builds is worth more than a cleaner card. People learn that the number on the left is real, so they stop discounting the number on the right.
